1. Are my payments secure?

Yes, all of our transactions are encrypted using industry standard equipment to ensure that only we see your private information.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Discover, and MasterCard), as well as Personal Checks and Money Orders. Checks and Money Orders may take longer depending on the postal service.

3. Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

Only certain states must pay sales tax, you will be notified if taxes apply to your order before completing the checkout.

4. What are your normal business hours?

Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

5. Do you offer gift cards?

We currently do not offer any gift cards.

6. Does your studio sell supplies?

No. We specialize in the production leaded window panels.

7. Where are you located?

We are in North Alabama on top of Lookout Mountain near Fort Payne. We are only open to the public by appointment.

8. What is your time span for custom work?

It will vary for each order, although most custom orders are a 4 to 6 week time span. I try to work on a First Come, First Serve basis. We try our best to work with new construction and time frames. For more info refer to the handling of the glass.

9. How do you deal with the money on a custom order?

I require 50% deposit, at the beginning.

10. Do you teach classes?

Not at this time.
